The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

The most pressing issue is the debt. As clerk I will work with anybody and everybody to bring municipal costs down and use tax payer money as efficiently as possible.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

A vote for my opponent is a vote for the same path West Haven has been on for decades. We clearly see the way things are done doesn’t work. This city needs a bold new change.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I worked on the city board of finance with members of both parties. We presented concrete ideas to the sitting mayor at the time. When ideas were constantly ignored, I left the position. I then attended law school, which I balanced with a full-time job and a family. I’ll bring a fresh new outlook to issues facing the city in a time where new ideas and energy are needed most.

The best advice ever shared with me was ...

Progress is a process.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I’m an ambitious and determined person who is anxious to help the city. As a lifelong resident, I’ve seen the best and worst of our city government. My pledge to voters is work with anybody with a good idea that can work for the betterment of all West Haven residents.
