West Haven Police Officer Hits Home Run With Kids

WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven police officer recently stopped by and visited with some kids playing on a baseball field… and knocked one out of the park.

“Officer Desimone took a brief moment out of his shift to interact with some kids on the baseball field!” police wrote in a post on Facebook.

In the video, Officer Desimone hits a home run and one person can be heard saying “Oh my God!” as the ball sails deep into the outfield.
