Police said a 17-year-old was found intoxicated behind the wheel at Joel Barlow High School's back parking lot
REDDING, CT-- Police found an intoxicated teen asleep at Joel Barlow high School's parking lot Sunday, according to The News Times.
Police said two 17-year-old Redding boys were asleep in an SUV Sunday morning and had a case of beer in the SUV. The driver was taken into custody.
