Police arrested a woman and a Weston man after receiving a tip of an apparent drug deal in a Georgetown store parking lot.

Two local residents were arrested by Wilton police on Feb. 22 after receiving an anonymous tip of an apparent drug deal, according to a police report.

Wilton police were tipped off that the transaction was happening in the parking lot of Caraluzzi’s Market located at 920 Danbury Road in Georgetown. Upon arrival, police found three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana in the vehicle of Donna Devaney, 60, of Ridgefield. After an investigation, it was determined that she purchased the drugs from Michal Kokot, 26, of Weston.
