• Connecticut Jury Says Weston Man Fraudulently Transferred His Home and Porsche After Fatal Merritt Parkway Crash to Shield Assets From $1.5 Million Judgment (parktelegraph.com) — A Weston resident has been found by a Connecticut civil jury to have improperly transferred his Weston home interest and a Porsche following a fatal 2020 Merritt Parkway crash, in a case over a $1.5 million judgment. The judge will now decide what remedies, if any, are imposed, which could affect how those local assets are ultimately handled.
