Neighbor Fred Lovejoy has sued Greiser's Store for Candidate Adrienne Burke's nuisance, trespass and outdoor amplified concert activities.
Neighbor Fred Lovejoy has sued regarding Selectman Candidate Adrienne Burke's activities as operator of Greiser's Antiques Store.
The complaint alleges nuisance (including urination on Lovejoy's land by concert goers) and violation of quiet enjoyment and trespass stemming from outdoor concerts with 100's of people and expanded 7 day a week restaurant operations and parking safety issues which may violate Easton's zoning. A kitchen has also been built in the basement.
