Easton Man Arrested for Allegedly Breaking into Cars in Trumbull

Trumbull Police arrested two people who allegedly stole from parked cars in the Tashua area.

Police stopped Kevin Russell, 20, of Trumbull and Brandon Alexander Pontillo, 22, of Easton and found they were in possession of items stolen from cars, according to the Trumbull Times. They were stopped early Wednesday morning.

A resident noticed one of the men in his driveway going through cars and called police with a description, police said.

The department is working to identify the owners of the stolen items that were found.

Both were charged with sixth-degree larceny.
