Easton Woman Sentenced for Charging $380k to Company AmEx
She purchased several high-end items, including an $11,000 jungle gym.

GREENWICH, CT—An Easton woman who charged about $380,000 in personal expenses to her company's corporate credit card was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison Tuesday.
Dawn Mininberg, 48, provided financial services for a company located in Greenwich, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connectiut office. She was issued an American Express credit card for business purposes and was supposed to justify all charges to all corporate credit cards including her own.
She used her card to purchase clothing and other items at high-end stories, theater tickets, children's parties and lessons, charitable donations, vacations and an $11,000 jungle gym.

She categorized the spending for office supplies, meals, meetings and lodging.
Judge Stefan Underhill ordered her to pay restitution of $386,907.77. She was also sentenced to three years of supervised release, the first 12 months of which are on home confinement.
