Emmanuel Nursery School Has a New Home

After 42 years of providing education to pre-school children in Weston, has moved from the undercroft space beneath the historic Emmanuel Church building to a newly completed wing of the Emmanuel Parish Hall.
In its new location, the Emmanuel Nursery School has four state-of-the-art classrooms.
“We are thrilled to be in our new space at last," said Alyse Connelly, the school’s director. "It gives us the room we need to accept more students and add more programs and hours."

The new space offers a separate classroom for the children to participate in music and movement, and yoga. The school is equipped with a security system to ensure the well being of the children’s safety.
Emmanuel Nursery School remains committed to its original mission of providing an intimate and nurturing environment for each child that encourages the growth of social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.

The school’s theme-based curriculum aims to encourage children to explore, interact, and learn with hands-on activities. There are trays of modeling clay, painting easels, a dramatic play corner, plus lots of blocks, puzzles and books set up in its various learning centers.
The teaching staff of Emmanuel Nursery School has more than 50 years of accumulated experience working with this always-surprising age group.
