Wilton Pride Festival Returning With 30+ Vendors, Music, Activities

The annual event in Wilton Town Center will include performances, food trucks, art projects and family-friendly activities.

WILTON, CT — Wilton Pride and Wilton Library are bringing the town's annual pride festival back later this month with live music, vendors, art projects and family-friendly activities planned throughout the day.

The fourth Wilton Pride Festival is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Wilton Town Center. A rain date is set for June 7.

Organizers said the event will feature mural painting, artisan vendors, yoga, face painting, performances, food and drinks throughout the day.

The festival will also include a “Pride Market” featuring more than 30 vendors selling handmade goods, according to organizers.

Other scheduled activities include a School of Rock performance, a butterfly craft event at Wilton Library and a community dance party.

Food vendors expected at the event include Bubble & Brew, College Creamery, Freddy’s Platos and Parlor Pizza.

“Four years in, this festival keeps growing because this community keeps showing up — for each other, for our youth, and for the values we share,” Wilton Pride Board Member Heidi Tsapelas said in a statement.
