Yin Yoga One Day Workshop

Come to this one day workshop to learn all about Yin Yoga - which is comprised of passively held floor poses designed to open up the joints by lengthening the connective tissues like tendons and ligaments.  The poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow for this lengthening.


In additon, a silent meditation follow with a discussion of yogic philosophy and an in-depth description of the benefits of the Yin practice.
