'Gentleman Burlgar' Sentenced in Weston Home Invasion: Report
Police say he stole a $35,000 ring from the woman's finger and a $19,000 watch from her wrist.

STAMFORD, CT — A man described by police as a 'gentleman' burglar was sentenced to prison for a home invasion in Weston in 2015, reports the Connecticut Post.
Dylan Garner, 43, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison Friday for tying a Weston woman up and stealing a $35,000 diamond ring from her finger. Garner also stole a $19,000 rolex from the woman's wist, according to court records.
He was regarded as a 'gentleman burglar' because he would maintain his dress and scope out houses by ringing doorbells and knocking on doors, looking like someone who belongs in the neighborhood.
