History Center Reopens In Weston With Tours, Interactive Exhibit

The Weston History & Culture Center to reopen with exhibits, guided tours and family-friendly activities.

WESTON-REDDING-EASTON, CT — The Weston History & Culture Center will reopen for the 2026 season next weekend, offering guided tours, interactive exhibits and family-friendly activities, organizers said.

The center, located at 104 Weston Road, will open on Sunday, March 29 from 1 to 4 p.m., according to the organization.

Visitors can explore a new interactive exhibit, “Weston at Work,” which highlights the town’s history of agriculture, manufacturing and daily life through hands-on activities and historical artifacts.

The center will also offer guided tours of the Coley House, a restored home designed to reflect life in the 1940s during World War II, along with exhibits on local history, including the Weston Meteorite and the 1955 flood.

Admission is free for members, while tickets for non-members are $5 for adults and $3 for children, with free entry for children 4 and under, organizers said.

Following opening day, the center will be open Thursdays and on the first and last Sundays of each month from 1 to 4 p.m.
