Hurlbutt Elementary - Kindergarten Registration 19/20 School Year

Children who will turn five years of age on or before January 1, 2019 are eligible to begin kindergarten next fall. Please complete and print the Infosnap forms from the Hurlbutt website. The link to the “New Student Registration 19-20 School Year” is: http://www.westonps.org/page.cfm?p=5778. Copy/paste the link into your internet browser for instructions to begin the registration process.

Please bring the following materials and documents to Hurlbutt for the registration drop-off on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 between 1:30pm – 2:30pm, or 6pm – 7pm:

• Completed and printed Infosnap forms
• Proof of residency:
  • Warranty deed, and
  • Utility bill – telephone, gas or electric
• Copy of your child’s birth certificate

Without all of these, your child cannot be registered.

An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. in the South House Cafeteria. This will give you the opportunity to meet the administration, and to learn more about our kindergarten program.
