Indoor Mask Mandate Reinstated In Redding
The Redding Health Department announced that the indoor mask mandate has been reinstated as the number of COVID-19 cases rises again.

REDDING, CT — The Redding Health Department announced Thursday that the indoor mask mandate has been reinstated as the number of coronavirus cases continues to increase in Connecticut.
"Due to this quick rise in Redding COVID-19 cases it is required that masks be worn in all indoor settings regardless of vaccination status, where social distancing cannot be maintained," the health department said in a Facebook post. "This includes all municipal buildings, schools, school buses, childcare facilities, restaurants (when not eating or drinking), places of worship, work, healthcare, and congregate living settings. This does not apply to outdoor activity or private homes. We will continue to follow the guidance provided by DPH for sport activities."
