Man Charged With Sexual Assault of Minor in Redding After Month-long Investigation: Report

REDDING, CT — Police have charged an unidentified 56-year-old Norwalk man with the sexual assault of a minor after a monthlong investigation, reports the Redding Pilot.

The assaults were reported by the victim, who is physically unharmed, and were committed in Redding. Police are not releasing the name of the accused publicly, because the identity of the victim would be compromised, Police Chief Doug Fuchs told the Redding Pilot.

The arrest was the result of a month-long investigation.
