Man Stole $11.5k Worth of Jewelry from Girlfriend's Family in Trumbull/Easton: PD

The jewelry was found at an area pawn shop, according to police.

EASTON, CT—A Milford man was arrested after he pawned $11,500 worth of jewelry that was stolen from Trumbull and Easton residents, according to police.

A woman's niece and the niece's boyfriend stole several pieces of jewelry in Trumbull between May and July 2016. Items were also stolen from the niece's mother in Easton.

About $11,500 worth of jewelry was recovered at an area pawn shop. Steven Gordon, 27, was the one who pawned the items, according to police.

He was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree larceny by Trumbull Police on Oct. 17.
