Son Of Missing Easton Couple Is Now Also Missing
The last person known to have seen the missing Easton couple, their son, is now missing, just days after Easton police questioned him.

The son of an Easton couple who has been missing since Aug. 4, 2015 is now also missing, according the Connecticut Post.
Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin were reported missing on Aug. 7 by Annie Navin, Jeffrey’s sister-in-law. The couple’s pickup truck was found in a commuter lot next to the Exit 42 off ramp of the Merritt Parkway in Westport.

Jeffrey Navin, 56 is the owner of J&j Refuse. His wife Jeanette, 56, works at Weston intermediate School. Their son Kyle is the Operations Manager of the refuse company. Thompson told police that Jeffrey had not collected the trash along his route for two days and the last time anyone heard from the couple was on Aug. 4 when they visited Kyle.
State Police searched a residence in Bridgeport, according to NBC Connecticut. Land records show the home is owned by Kyle Navin. Police spoke to Kyle Navin earlier this week and he went missing shortly thereafter.

Patch reported Wednesday that the Easton Police requested assistance from the Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad on August 10 and the Bridgeport State Attorney’s Office requested the squad take over the investigation on August 19.
The couple was $2.2 million in debt on a Guilford residence and had an electric bill balance of more than $130,000, according to court records.
Family members said that finances were not a factor in their disappearance, according to Fox CT.
