Navin Murder Case Granted Continuance by Judge

Kyle Navin is accused of killing his parents, Jeanette and Jeffrey Navin of Easton.

The attorney for accused murderer Kyle Navin, 27, was granted a continuance Wednesday so that he can do more investigating into case.

Navin stands accused of killing his Easton parents, Jeanette and Jeffrey Navin, in August of 2015. Their bodies were not discovered until late October.

The Connecticut Post reports that the case was continued to March 28. Navin is represented by Eugene Riccio, but the attorney did not disclose what further investigation he intends to conduct.

Navin remains in custody on a $2.5 million bond, and his girlfriend, Jennifer Valiante, who is charged as an accomplice in the killings, remains in custody on a $2 million bond.
