Redding Promposal: Police Help Issue a 'Ticket to Prom'
A fake traffic stop led to a promposal for one Redding teen.

Enlisting the help of the Redding Police Department, Joel Barlow High School student Christopher Remmell asked Katherine DiBella to the prom after a "fake" motor vehicle stop, according to The News Times.
An officer pulled over DiBella and gave her a ticket to the prom instead of a speeding ticket, the report said.
