What brought you here?

We had some friends living in Westport. When we decided to leave the city, we looked near them, but as nice as the town was, we wanted more space. They hooked us up with their real estate broker who immediately took us to Redding. The first house we looked at was a house that Robert Redford was interested in. We figured that the town had to be cool.

What keeps you here?

Many things. My wife likes working with the kids in town on school plays, our two sons were born and raised here, and we both have a vision of them getting married at our house. I also have my studio here, which is so peaceful that I can't imagine moving it.
