Redding Votes Down Education, Town Budgets

Voters rejected both appropriations on the ballot.

REDDING, CT --- The unofficial vote count on Redding's town and education budget propositions sees both propositions going down to defeat, as reported by the Apestuck News.

Residents rejected appropriation of $49,880,455 for the annual budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. They also did not authorize the expenditure of $24,483,453 as the operating budget of the school district for the same period.
