WESTON, CT-- Fox News reports that high speed and alcohol played a part in the crash that killed Weston resident and Boston Marathon survivor Victoria McGrath and three others in Dubai last weekend.
The head of Dubai Traffic Public Prosecution told The Associated Press that all those killed in the crash of a two-seat yellow Ferrari were drinking.
