Underage Weston Man Had Vodka Bottle in Car: Police
A 1.75 liter vodka bottle was found on the passenger side of the vehicle, police said.

An underage Weston man is facing a DUI charge in Wilton.
According to police, a vehicle was traveling southbound on Chestnut Hill Road on Aug. 26 just before 2 a.m. At the red light intersection with Westport Road, the vehicle went straight through the intersection when the light turned green, swerving to the left and straddled the double yellow line.
When the vehicle was stopped, the operator, identified as Charles Dipasquale, 20, of Weston was found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, police said. An empty 1.75 liter vodka bottle was found on the floor on the passenger side, police said.

Dipasquale was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence while under 21, possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to obey. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 7.
