Tell us a little bit about yourself:

I was born in the Bronx and I live in Easton. The pharmacy business is in my genes because my father was a pharmacist and my sister is a pharmacist. My mother also worked in the pharmacy. I went to school at Northeastern for my B.A. of Science in Pharmacology.

What is home life like for you?

I have a lot of animals. I have two dogs, two cats, two canaries, two kids, one husband and some chickens. A lot of the pets we have are rescued animals. My husband works at Lang’s Pharmacy with me. I hide him in the attic. It was a promotion from the basement at our New Canaan location. When we are at home, he loves to garden.

How long have you worked in Weston?

I’ve worked in Weston since 2008. That’s when we opened the Lang’s Pharmacy here.

What is your favorite aspect of Weston?

The people are so nice here. There are a lot of artists and musicians. People are just so creative and nice. It’s just a different creative aspect that I don’t see when I work in New Canaan.

What is your best memory in Weston?

I don’t have a specific best memory, but people have always been so nice in town. I always get invited to people’s homes for the holidays. I feel like I’ve become part of the Weston family.

What keeps you here?

I opened the business and I just thought this was a nice place to own a business. It’s right across from the schools and . The planning is great. You also get that old time feel.

Are you part of any clubs in Weston?

In this town, what I do with a lot of people here is AME. It’s the Association of Motor Enthusiasts. We meet once a month for dinner and a discussion. Some people in the town that go with me are Alden Sherman, Michael O’Brien — he was a former teacher in Weston — and Bob Mitchell. Everybody knows them. We all have old cars and we have our own little gatherings.

What do you do for fun around Weston?

I like to go hiking at .
