ACLU-CT's Director to Speak; Super Pi Day Celebrated
Hear and engage with Director of CT's ACLU. Brain teasers and pie to celebrate Pi Day (3.14 = March 14).
Pi Day, celebrated on 3.14 is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (pi). Jim Russell of Ridgefield and Eric Chandler of Norwalk will provide entertaining background and amusing brain teasers for Pi Day, and there will be pie !!
The event is an opportunity to find out what ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) of Connecticut is doing locally and to engage its Executive Director Stephen Glassman with your thoughts. “The ACLU has essentially one permanent client, the Bill of Rights embodied in the Constitution of the United States.” says Mr. Glassman.
