WESTPORT, CT — Candice Holley, Westport's human resources director for the past two-and-a-half years, has resigned from the position, First Selectman Kevin Christie announced Wednesday.
Holley voluntarily resigned, Christie said, "for personal and family reasons."
"I truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Town leadership in both administrations, town employees, and the broader Westport community, and Westport will always remain close to my heart," Holley said in a statement.
She was hired in November 2023 during the administration of former First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker, and brought more than 20 years experience to the role.
A replacement for Holley has not yet been named.
About Holley, Christie added, "We wish her well in her future endeavors."
