Leading Full-Service Property Management Company adds staff to Westport Office; Continues Growth

 WESTPORT, CT (November 5, 2012) – Consolidated Management Group (CMG), one of Connecticut’s foremost full-service property management companies headquartered in Westport, is today announcing the hire of three new employees to its growing team: Doreen Quell as Controller,  Debbi Morello as Assistant Property Manager, and Kate Pilder as Assistant Property Manager.

 Doreen Quell brings with her more than 20 years of corporate accounting experience at high profile companies such as Pitney Bowes, Citizens Communications, and Arthur Young.  Most recently, Doreen was Director of Corporate Accounting Services at Affinion Group in Stamford, Conn., where she led the Corporate Accounting Services Group.  Quell received her B.S. in Accounting at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn.

 Debbi Morello comes from a communications and journalism background, and has years of experience working with major humanitarian organizations, as well as the United Nations and U.S. Government agencies worldwide.   Prior to joining CMG, she has worked with several global organizations including Save the Children, where she served as the Communications Officer, Tsunami Response, International Secretariat.   Morello is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.

 Kate Pilder joins CMG with more than 30 years experience with executive search firms and other corporations.  Prior to joining CMG, she served as a Senior Associate at Heidrick & Stuggles, a publicly traded global retained executive search firm.  Most recently she was Vice President at James Mead & Company, a premier executive search firm specializing in the consumer packaged goods and services industry.  Pilder received her B.S. in Business and Marketing at the University of New Hampshire.
