Karen Kaiser, vice president of philanthropy for Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent’s Medical Center, was honored by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce with its Women in Business Community Impact Award.

Through her leadership, Kaiser has made a profound difference for patients and residents across the community, securing vital funding for critical resources, expanded access to care, and meaningful improvements throughout the Medical Center. Her work with Swim Across the Sound and other philanthropic initiatives continues to impact countless neighbors in need.

“St. Vincent’s has been part of this community for more than a century,” said Kaiser. “Generations of families in Fairfield County were born there, healed there, and cared for there. It was founded on a mission of compassion and service, and that legacy continues today – and I could not be more fortunate to be part of that.”
