Designer Christian Siriano Shows Inside Westport Home: Report
The famous fashion designer's modern Westport home recently was featured in "Architectural Digest."

WESTPORT, CT — Just before the pandemic lockdowns, popular fashion designer Christian Siriano and his partner, menswear designer Kyle Smith, reportedly closed on a modern home not far from Compo Beach in Westport.
The two rode out much of the shutdown in the home, and now they are considering moving to town full-time, writes "Architectural Digest."
The Westport home, which was designed by RAAD Studio in collaboration with architect Bolek Ryzinski, according to the publication, is one of two the designer owns in Connecticut. The other is in Danbury.

Patch reached out to a spokesperson for the designer for a comment about the home, but the rep said Siriano would have to "politely pass" on commenting at this time, because he was in the midst of finishing his latest fashion collection.
According to the AD feature, the Westport home has 11-foot tall windows, "white walls, lofty ceilings, and expansive spaces." Among the furnishing are "teak Danish midcentury chairs and a Pierre Paulin-inspired sofa," in addition to "a pair of vintage Mario Bellini for Cassina chairs."

"Westport Lifestyle" also recently featured the designer on the cover of its magazine, in which he discusses the possibility of opening a store town.
Siriano is perhaps best known for his striking fashion designs for celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Christina Hendricks, Kerry Washington, Lady Gaga and Viola Davis, among others.
However, Siriano also was among the first designers to help New York State during the pandemic, as his shop made thousands of masks and pieces of personal protective equipment for health care workers.
