Head for the disco scene at "Studio 51," a fundraiser with a vibe similar to the notable 1970's night club, Studio 54, and get a groove on at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11. This event will feature a DJ, open bar, savory snacks, interactive arts experiences and plenty of dancing.
Funds raised at the event will go to support WAC's education and outreach programs, which include school group tours, after school and weekend art workshops, the Westport Youth Film Festival, and a teaching artist residency program in Norwalk and Bridgeport called "Connections."
Tickets begin at $75 per person and are available by phone at 203- 222-7070 or online at www.westportartscenter.org. WAC welcomes donations of any amount for its education and outreach programs, regardless of participation.
