Camp Mahackeno is a Day Camp situated on the Family Y’s 32-acre Mahackeno Outdoor Center, along on the banks of the Saugatuck River in Westport. We offer eight one-week sessions for campers entering grades one through 10, as well as two Special Events Weeks for campers entering grades 1 – 6, at the beginning and end of each season. Founded in 1938, Mahackeno has provided the youth of Westport and surrounding communities a camp that keeps kids wide-eyed, laughing and learning all summer long.
