About The Kaia Yoga Complete Wellness Centers
Founded in 2003 by husband and wife master yoga instructors Gina Norman and Stan Woodman and named for the couple’s young daughter, the term ‘Kaia’ has several meanings -- Pure, Strong, and Body being a few.
