Kaia Yoga and MIX will host a Yoga Jam Dance Party 8-12 p.m. Friday, July 16, at Kaia Yoga Complete Wellness Studios, 1200 Post Rd. E. (behind Crate and Barrel). The event includes live music, dance performances and a dance party. The event includes live Cuban music, belly dancing, organic drinks and more. MIX parties are an opportunity for residents of Fairfield and Westchester counties to enjoy New York City style entertainment in their own backyard. No travel, no trains, no parking hassles – just great music, fun people and plenty of dancing.
Kaia Yoga will also host a special children's dance workshop and party 7-9 p.m. including kid-friendly juices and snacks for children ages 7-13. The cost for children's workshop is $25 for the first child per family; tickets for additional children in the family are $15. Kaia Yoga's supervised playroom will be open 7-9:30. The childcare cost is $10 for two hours. Reservations are required.
