Every year on July 14, Meli-Melo Creperie of Greenwich and The French Alliance of Greenwich join together in celebrating Bastille Day. [A French national holiday also known as the French Independence Day held on the first anniversary of the storming of the Bastille, 14 July 1789] This Wednesday Meli-Melo is providing a pre-fix Bastille Day Menu for $15 from 10 am to 10 pm.
The prefix menu will consist of three courses: 1) a hot or cold soup 2) a choice of Crepe Jambon Fromage-oeuf, or Meli-Melo's famous Salad Nicoise and for desert 3) a choice of homemade gourmet ice cream or all natural sorbet (no artificial coloring, flavoring or preservatives) *In addition, patrons can bring their own wine without having to pay a corking fee.
