A workshop for mothers and daughters (girls age 8-16 years)
In this workshop, moms and girls can enjoy time together through yoga, dance and other fun ways to express themselves!!! We will learn breathing techniques to calm, dance moves to energize and movement "flows" to connect. Bring an open mind, a smile on your face and a mom or a daughter to share the fun with you!
Cost of Attendance: $35 for mother and one daughter // $10 each additional child.
Full payment is required to reserve a spot in the workshop.
Refund policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance, will receive a full refund. No refunds/credits for cancellations made less than 72 hours.
If you incur an injury, have a medical emergency, which prevents you from participating in the workshop you registered for it can be applied to a future workshop, doctor’s note required.
