Westport PAL Girls Lacrosse will be offering winter indoor clinics at the Staples High School Field House. These clinics are designed for both experienced players and girls new to the sport. Girls will be broken up by age and ability and will work on throwing, catching, cradling and game play situations. For the experienced players, the clinics are the perfect way to prepare for the spring travel season.
Grades 1 to 4 – Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm
Grades 5 to 8 – Wednesday evenings from 7:15 pm – 8:30 pm
All girls are required to wear an eye guard, mouth guard and play with a legal girls lacrosse stick. Equipment is available for purchase at ASF in Westport, Lacrosse Unlimited in Norwalk and Macwear in Southport.
Clinics will run from December (7) through February (29)
