Get a Taste of Westport at Slice of Saugatuck Festival
Westport's Slice of Saugatuck Festival is scheduled for this Saturday afternoon. Bring the whole family, try some tasty food, see a tae kwon do demonstration, have you hair braided and more, all free.
The Slice of Saugatuck Festival is a free wine and food tasting and retail experience. On Saturday from noon to 3 p.m., three dozen of Saugatuck's finest restaurants, wine shops and merchants will open their doors and offer a free taste of what they have to offer.
Taste your way from venue to venue, trying foods, wines and more. Kayak, exercise, learn fly fishing, see a tae kwon do demonstration, have you hair braided and more, all free. Visit the historic Saugatuck Fire House and take a tour, hop in the antique fire truck or learn about fire safety. There will be a band playing on the plaza of the new Gault buildings and other performers will be around the other venues.
