Questions commonly posed deal with: how to decide whether to apply “early” or “regular” admissions; is it better to take an AP course and risk a “B” grade or take the regular college prep section and probably earn an “A”; should you still take standardized tests if the college states it is “SAT/ACT optional” and how many times; how much does applying for financial aid affect the admissions decision; when is the best time to visit a college; should you attend the information session and take the campus tour, etc. As always, panelists will be answering questions from attendees as well.
The program begins at 7:30 PM and is held at the Stamford JCC, 1035 Newfield Avenue, concluding at 9:00 PM. There is no fee and no reservation needed to attend.
