NORWALK, CT - Legendary Chef Lidia Bastianich, host of the popular PBS show "Lidia's Kitchen," recently filmed her cooking show's upcoming season at the Clarke Kitchens showroom on South Main Street in South Norwalk, reports CT Bites.

Bastianich first filmed at the South Norwalk showroom in 2013, after nearly a decade of filming in her home. The production crew would take over much of her home for the three weeks of filming, according to the Clarke Living Blog, a process that grew a bit difficult.

So the producers looked for an alternative and chose the South Norwalk Clarke location because it was closest to Bastianich's home in New York.

The new season's 26, half-hour episodes are scheduled to begin airing on PBS stations on Oct. 8.
