Letter to the Editor: Clarissa Moore for Westport Board of Finance

Dear Sir/Madam:

I have had the privilege to serve with Clarissa Moore during her nearly 4 years as a member of the RTM. She is a smart, honest, hard-working woman with a delightful sense of humor.

As a former PTA President, Clarissa did her homework, researched problems, raised key points, and sought viable solutions. She has done the same on the RTM. When other members speak, she listens to hear their points of view and when she speaks, everyone listens. Clarissa is co-sponsor of a new competitive bid ordinance for all town contracts.

There is no hidden agenda with Clarissa. She is a savvy businesswoman who understands finance and will represent the interests of ALL Westport residents and taxpayers.
