Levitt Pavilion Presents Little River Band in Westport

The lyrics from one of their classic hits – Lady - say it best: “Take time to make time - Make time to be there… and BE A PART!” Little River Band will light up the Levitt Pavilion’s Epstein Stage this Friday! Little River Band’s chart-topping and decade-defining hits include: It’s a Long Way There, Help Is on Its Way, Happy Anniversary, Reminiscing, Lady, Cool Change, Lonesome Loser, The Night Owls, Take It Easy On Me, Man On Your Mind, We Two, and The Other Guy!

Originally formed in Melbourne in 1975, Little River Band is considered to be one of Australia’s most significant bands. Worldwide album and CD sales now top 30 million. They also set a record for having Top 10 hits for 6 consecutive years…the first band to achieve that mark. And according to BMI, Reminiscing has garnered rare status with over 5 million airplays on America radio…and Lady is close behind with over 4 million airplays. LRB was rightfully inducted into the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame at the 18th Annual ARIA Music Awards of 2004.The current lineup brings new energy and arrangements to the classic hits, making new memories for the audience out of each live performance.

Proceeds from this benefit concert help underwrite the Levitt Pavilion’s signature summer season featuring over 50 nights of free music, arts and entertainment under the stars.

Lawn opens at 630 to concert ticket-holders; concert starts at 8. BYO-chair/blankets; coolers and picnics welcome; please be prepared to consolidate picnic footprint for the comfort and accommodation of all ticket-holders.

Cocktail Party + Concert Ticket: $125

Includes pre-concert cocktail party at 630 with open bar and light hors d’oeuvres + chair provided in seating section at front of lawn for concert at 8.
