Pokémon GO Players Find Naked Woman Vandalizing Westport Church Garden: Cops

The incident occurred in the prayer garden at St. Luke's on Long Lots Road earlier this month.

Westport, CT — A pair of Pokémon Go players found a naked woman vandalizing the prayer garden at St. Luke's Church on Long Lots Road Wednesday, July 13, according to police.

The 40-year-old Bridgeport woman, whose name was not released, has not been charged but was taken to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation, reports The Hour.

None of the damage she caused was serious, which included turning over benches, throwing a statue to the ground and putting garbage from her car in the pond and around the grounds, according to church officials.

The two players had gone to the church looking for clues for the popular mobile game when they spotted her in the afternoon.
