Residents Oppose Proposed Westport Development
The plan would put a dozen residences on 2.12 acres of land

WESTPORT, CT — Several neighbors plan to oppose a plan to develop 12 residences at the former Daybreak Nurseries location. The neighbors feel that 12 residences on 2.18 acres of land is too much near the intersection of Easton and Weston roads.
The development proposal will appear at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Thursday, according to Westport Now.
At least 60 percent of the residences would be age-restricted.
