Rock Icon Peter Frampton To Play Levitt Pavilion Concert In Westport

The legendary guitarist, singer and songwriter will be the headliner for the Levitt Pavilion's 50th Anniversary gala in September.

WESTPORT, CT — Legendary rock musician Peter Frampton has been named as the headlining act for the Levitt Pavilion's 50th Anniversary fundraising gala, organizers announced.

The Grammy Award-winning musician, whose "Frampton Comes Alive!" is one of the best-selling live albums of all time, will perform during the Sept. 15 gala, for which tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Ticket prices for the fundraiser start at $125 and reach the thousands for Gala Packages. Additionally, $1 from every ticket sold will go to The Peter Frampton Myositis Research Fund; he was diagnosed with the condition several years ago.

In the fall, Frampton is scheduled to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

"Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductee, Peter Frampton, is celebrating 60 years of touring by heading back out on the road for 'The Positively Thankful Tour' to cities in North America in 2024," organizers wrote on the Levitt website.

The Levitt gala also includes a cocktail party, sponsored by Roz and Bud Siegel.
