Theft From ATM Results In Arrest: Westport PD
In total more than $8,000 in fraudulent transactions were made, police said.

WESTPORT, CT — A Flushing, NY woman is facing a multitude of criminal charges after police investigated fraudulent ATM transactions at the People's Bank on Post Road East, police said.
Police began an investigation on June 12 and police learned that the same suspect was arrested earlier in the day in Darien for a similar incident, police said.
Gabriela Enache, 38, used multiple fraudulent cards at the ATM. She obtained $3,780 and tried to get an additional $1,400 through 27 transactions, police said. Eight customer accounts were compromised. A similar incident happened in Fairfield as well before she was captured in Darien.

Enache also obtained $4,640 earlier in June from People's Bank fraudulent transactions, police said.
She was charged with credit card theft, criminal impersonation, third-degree larceny and a number of other fraud-related charges.
