The United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston Invites Children to Cave Quest VBS: Following Jesus, the Light of the World!

Westport, CT A summer kids’ event called Cave Quest Vacation Bible School will be hosted at The United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston from June 20 to June 24, 2016, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm nightly. At Cave Quest, children ages 3 years up through 5th grade explore what it means to follow Jesus through dark times. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus’ love, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. We will provide a child-friendly, light dinner each evening. A fee of $50 per child is requested upon arrival at camp; check or cash accepted. Each day concludes with a Cave Quest Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. On our final Friday evening, we invite the entire family to join us for fun, food, and fellowship.
