Westport Arts Center Presents Anti-Bullying Talk by Monica Lewinsky

The October event is part of the center's current "MORE Than Words" exhibition.

WESTPORT, CT — As part of its current exhibition MORE Than Words, the Westport Arts Center will host a talk and panel discussion with special guest Monica Lewinsky at the center on Oct. 6, organizers announced.

"Join us on Thursday, October 6th at the Westport Arts Center for a special talk and panel discussion featuring Vanity Fair Contributing Editor, TedTalk speaker, and anti-bullying activist, Monica Lewinsky," the center wrote on its website. "Lewinsky will speak on bullying, cyberbulling, resilience and reinvention drawing on personal experiences and cultural observations."

The center's MORE Than Words exhibition examines "the idea of bullying within a broad cultural context," and considers "how the imbalance of social, physical, or political power can marginalize those who are perceived as weaker."
