Westport Plans to Sell McLaury House
The move would save the town money and potentially bring in more tax revenue.

The Planning and Zoning Commission heard plans to sell the McLaury House at 99 Myrtle Ave.
The commission didn’t take action and is waiting to hear from the Historic District Commission, according to Westport Now.
The town bought the house in 1972 and renovated it in 2007. Selling it would lower maintenance costs and potentially bring in more tax revenue.
