The boys and girls basketball teams have tough assigments on Tuesday when they take on Trinity Catholic.
The boys, who evened their record at 1-1 with a 52-35 win over Stamford on Friday, are on the road to face the defending Class M state champions.

The Staples girls (3-1) will be looking to rebound from their first loss of the season, a 43-34 defeat to Stamford on Friday. The Wreckers host the Crusaders at 7 p.m.

The Trinity Catholic girls improved to 3-1 following a 47-45 win over Norwalk. Its only loss is a 55-34 defeat to defending FCIAC champion Trumbull.
